This oak dresser is very appealing for many reasons its small size, its superb colour and patina and its condition.
Probably from the Vale of Glamorgan, demonstrating that not all cupboard dressers are from North Wales. It is very similar in style to coffers of the period but altogether more scarce and unusual.
The brassware is replaced but old and in the same style as the originals.
