Unusual little late 19th.c. Aesthetic Movement bamboo hall stand c.1890. Five metal hooks, cleverly cast to look like bamboo shoots, arranged around a shaped and bevelled mirror set within a woven cane panel. Decorative bamboo frame with a stand for sticks and umbrellas. Very good unrestored condition.
