A Superb William IV Rosewood Davenport with exceptional figuring and colour to the timber, having a turned rosewood gallery rail and sloping leather inset writing surface of which retains the original brown leather. The lift up lid opens to reveal a Mahogany lined interior and four small drawers. Having a panelled front and back with four graduated drawers one side and mirrored by dummy drawers to the other side, a pull our pen drawer and slide. The whole raised on beautiful reeded squat bun feet with inset castors. Retains all the original locks, handles and fittings along with the original finish, having good colour and lustre.
