An exceptional quality William IV, mahogany library table with a solid curl mahogany top. The table stands on end supports united by a turned stretcher on cross rails with small swept down feet and original brass castors. The drawers are full depth and are crossbanded along with the curved panel end rails. The drawers retain their original locks and have hand cast replacement brass knobs. To the rear of the table there are dummy drawers, so it can be freestanding in the room. Circa 1835
