On turned legs and with double stretchers, the oval top/seat has a pierced lifting handle. The stool is in very good and original condition and retains a good colour and patina. 700mm high, 445mm wide and 340mm deep. Circa 1810. W J Gravener Antiques is a family owned business, started in 1963 by William who was joined by son, Mark in 1981 and continues today with the same ethos of dealing in fine quality English and Continental furniture, mirrors and decorative objects, from the 18th & 19th centuries.
