A fabulous late 17th century brass Alms dish of large proportions - depicting a rampant lion with a sword , possibly a similar symbol for St Mark the Evangelist.
The plate has a deep dish with a decorative outer boarder depicting grapes and leaves an inter gadrooned ring.
The Dish has age related marks, including lots of small old indentations from coin collections but is in excellent condition.
