A Good Victorian Chesterfield Sofa C1880
Having enjoyed a full refurb in the not so distant past, this one sits in fine order ready to use or a good contender for reupholstery. This one has an attractive look and sits well on its porcelain castors in a pastel shaded floral damask fabric.
Workshop report – The sofa fabric is fresh looking with no rips or tears, just the odd mark or two. The frame is firm with no wobbles and no movement in the arms. The seat is firm with the right amount of give. Springs and base are good. All castors are present and the legs are again firm with no faults. Altogether a fine looking piece.
We offer a professional upholstery service which will ensure that the piece is ready for placing, everything is checked over and remedied if required, we are happy to assist in the choosing of fabric if you desire or we are happy to use your choice. The sofa would cost £650 plus fabric to reupholster in the style as per the images you see.

Items are delivered by private courier, usually this is a one man service. If you require a two person delivery, please let us know. Smaller items are wrapped and packed (into recycled boxes where possible) and sent via a national courier service, tracking details will be provided once an item has been collected from us.

Terms and conditions
If you are not happy with an item you have 14 days to return it. This is providing that the item is returned, in the condition it left us, within 14 days. Please note that items must be wrapped and insured, with the return cost being covered by you. Once the item is back with us, having had a once over in the workshop, your refund will be issued.
On the rare occasion that an item is damaged in transit, please notify us immediately or within 48 hours and provide us with details and images so we can best remedy the situation.
