Large antique Victorian walnut pedestal desk with a tooled leather writing surface, a polished panelled back & sitting on plinth bases. It’s in very good condition, having just been French polished & dates to around the 1880’s period. All the drawers have locks, original brass handles & they are graduated in depth. This is a good working desk with a generous sized kneehole space. It’s very fine quality, with fine dovetails in the drawers & solid wood drawer bottoms. This desk lifts apart into three sections for easy transportation.
