19thC Welsh Ash & Pine Cricket Table
A pretty early 19th Century Welsh Ash and Pine Tavern Cricket Table of desirable and practical size and proportions. A lovely example in exceptional original condition with superb colour and grain.
Having a large flat three plank pegged pine top supported on an all ash base with well splayed legs and very pretty shaped aprons it is most comfortable to sit at and perfect for up to two people to sit, drink or dine at.
It would make a perfect kitchen table for breakfast or to read the paper at. Cricket antique tables, along with settles are so traditionally iconic that no country cottage or farmhouse should be without one.
This wonderful cricket table was purchased from a Teifi Valley tavern near Llandysul along with several others.
Height 29" = 74cm Diameter 29" = 74cm
