19thC Candle - stand Stool
A beautiful example of a 19thC Candle-stand stool.
A gorgeous little stool in every way, completely original with pretty grain and displaying the most wonderful warm nutty colour. With just a small number of historic worm holes to mention (we treat all items against worm and insect attach as a matter of professional practice, ensuring peace of mind that they will be safe for your home and protected for years to come).
Having a rare octagonal single plank ash top with gorgeous turned ash legs as found in country chairs of the period. Lovely patina and a smooth tactile surface from generations of loving use.
Height 21cm. Length 19cm. Width 17cm.
