19th Century French Pine Armoire / Knockdown
-Welcome to Mersham Manor Antiques-
A charming late 19th century French pine armoire.
C1890.
Constructed from pitch pine, which has lovely figuring and colour to the wood.
Double doors, having two bolt locks to the left door, and a lock to the right door.
The doors open to reveal a hanging space, with a beech hanging rail, with seven large and sturdy wooden hanging pegs to the back.
Having ornate escutcheons to each door.
To the base is a single long drawer, with turned bun handles.
Standing on bun feet.
Completely dismantles.
A lovely good solid, strong and sturdy antique armoire, with lots of wonderful character.
The condition is excellent antique condition, having general expected signs of age and use.
The dimensions are.
Height-176cm.
Width-123cm includes cornice. Width of main body110-cm.
Depth of main body-47.5cm.
Internal dimensions.
Full Height-140cm
