Beautifully carved on every surface and with its original gilding, the sofa has been recently re-upholstered. Its small size makes it an ideal addition to a bedroom or hall. 760mm high, 1040mm wide, 660mm deep and 430mm seat height. Circa 1890. W J Gravener Antiques is a family owned business, started in 1963 by William who was joined by son, Mark in 1981 and continues today with the same ethos of dealing in fine quality English and Continental furniture, mirrors and decorative objects, from the 18th & 19th centuries.
