An imposing 19th century carved oak pedestal sideboard crisply carved all over with dead game, fruit, figures, swags of flowers and the mouldings with a carved leaf decoration, the base having two cupboards and three drawers, the top of the base is done in a parquetry design, this is surmounted by a mirror at the very top of which is a brass lion’s head, the whole piece is of a wonderful rich honey colour, a really good example of it’s type. Circa 1870.
