19th Century Burr Walnut Mirrored Credenza
Beautifully proportioned late 19th century English burr walnut Credenza sideboard with three original mercury mirrored doors and a burr walnut top.
Wonderful colour and detail to the burr walnut and the mirrored doors helping to keep a lighter feel to this piece of antique furniture. Great piece to use in a hall, dining room or also great as a drinks cabinet too.
The three doors have working locks and open up to give you a (removable) shelf, the centre shelves being paper lined currently which I will most likely remove when I have a minute! The shelves are all made in solid mahogany and have a polished finish.
Very decorative and in good condition.
Measuring:
34 1/2 inches or 87.5 cm high
59 1/4 inches 150.5 cm wide
15 3/4 inches or 40 cm deep
13 inches or 33 cm between each shelf Based in Uppingham, Rutland…having been in the business for 25 years focusing on mostly French and English decorative antiques and interiors from the 18th to the early 20th century, hopefully a collection you will enjoy browsing and hopefully re home some of my finds!
Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!
