19th Cent Oak 8 Day Moon Dial Longcase Clock
A nice 19th Cent longcase clock by T Carpenter of Fairford, Glocestershire. The good quality case is in oak with mahogany cross banding.
The 8 day movement strikes the hours on a bell and has an attractive painted dial. To the arch is displayed the phases of the moon.
The case is in good condition and the movement is in running order. It does however need a service and this antique clock is therefore sold as seen with no guarantees.
The maximum dimensions are:
222cm (87.5") high excl finials (+3.5cm)
51cm (20") wide
25cm (10") deep
