Very Large 19th Century Black Forrest Stag Antler Hanging Chandelier

This is an imposing and unusual piece, the chandelier was made around 1870, it has been converted to electricity by surface wiring with no ill effects to the appearance
The large stag antlers have been pegged together to form an enormous crown, and it hangs by brass chain with a brass ceiling rose, they support 6 lamps and give an excellent light over a large area
So whether to give a Baronial look to your Country house or a rustic appeal to a hallway this piece has it all, it is in very good condition and all working
The chandelier is approximately 30” tall on its chain, and it is approximately 33” in diameter
