We are offering for sale this 19th Century Brass Door Stop or Door Porter, which depicts a Wheatsheaf or Corn Stook, tied up with some knotted stalks. The handle comprises more stalks with the ears visible, while the top of the handle is bound around with more stalks. The door stop is weigted and has baize on the bottom.

Height: 16" - 40.65cm

Width of base: 5 3/8" - 13.65cm

Depth: 2 1/8" - 5.4cm

Weight: 1.59kg

Materials: Brass & Iron

Condition: Very good. The item bears the normal minor signs of use.
