1930's Modernist chromed tubular steel console table by PEL . Rare item of British modernist antique furniture from the art deco modernist era inspired by Marcel Breuer and the likes of Jack Pritchard and Le Corbusier. The simple chromed tubular steel base is in good condition and bears the label for PEL (Practical Equipment Ltd) and the original glass top is black vitrolite (good condition a couple of nibbles to one edge). c1930. Measures 79 cm high x 99 cm wide x 30.3 deep
