A magnificent original Art Deco period sideboard, this was made in France in the 1920-30’s. It is made from rosewood, with an impressive green marble top and chrome fixtures. The quality all around is absolutely amazing, you won’t see many pieces better made than this. The rosewood has a beautiful colour and stunning grain patterns throughout. The inside has lots of storage space, there are four adjustable wooden shelves in the side cabinets. The drawers are felt lined with cutlery dividers, and there is a lower central compartment with a glass/chrome door and removable glass shelf. The chrome plates on the door locks are beautifully made and so are the chrome keys, which are a feature in themselves. We have had this stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, the condition is superb throughout.
