FINE 18th century George III mahogany glazed double corner cabinet of superb original colour and patination. The cabinet consists of a cupboard base with two panelled doors with boxwood stringing. The top section has a typical mid 18th century astragal glazed door again with boxwood stringing. Original reeded mould to the centre. Nice shape cornice to the top with boxwood and ebony fancy inlay. The inside of the cabinet has several shaped shelves and has been nicely painted and grained in dark green some time ago. The cabinet is in very good condition apart from one cracked glass.

The whole piece is a gorgeous rich colour with original patination and waxed finish.

SIZE 25" across the front. 85 1/2" high overall. 22" square.
