Really super quality and beautifully proportioned 18th century Georgian mahogany side table, or also known as a "tea table."
Very elegant piece standing on these tapered legs and the rich colour tone is consistent throughout.
There is a single drawer to the front, but you can also use this as a tea table or perhaps games table as originally intended. The top is hinged along with one of the back legs, so you can open the table out to seat four people if required.
Great table to use as a hall table or console table, but being such a lovely piece to look at, it will work anywhere at home, perhaps as a dressing table too and can hold a good size lamp.
