Antique large 18C oak coffer mule chest.

Lovely proportions, age and style.

A really nice look, with a great colour / patina and the drawers slide freely.

This is an 18C mule chest with later alteration.

This piece of antique furniture would look great in the right location, with Panelled front, sides and back

Overall dimensions 1250mmW x 525mmD x 760mmH.

Historical knocks, marks, cracking, repairs and alterations as one would expect, given the age of the piece. There is a fair bit of historic woodworm that we have well treated for good measure. There is no key and the locks (later) are untested. Strapping and repairs/alterations to the lid. Later front feet, handles and the candle box may not be original.
