Antique 17th Century Spanish carved chestnut chest coffer blanket box coffee table.

Solid, heavy and strong, with no loose joints.

Would make a great ottoman, blanket chest or coffee table with storage.

A charming rare find, which is full of character.

126cmW x 43cmD x 50cmH, internally 109cmL x 36cmW x 35cmH.

Historic knocks, marks, scratches, cracks, repairs and alterations as is always the way. Loads of extinct woodworm as would be expected, that have been treated for good measure. Various historic repairs using tin plate and timber, again typical. No key and the lock is untested.
