1796 pattern Light cavalry sword in its original scabbard. Has a steel stirrup hilt with a leather bound wooden grip. Broad, curved, single edged blade. G64 is engraved on both the hilt and the scabbard. The scabbard is also engraved Woolley & Co Birmingham. The spine of the sword is engraved Woolley & Co. In generally sound condition overall with general rust staining to blade and scabbard. Hilt leather is worn and there is some old filler to original grip. A few old nicks to the blade.

Approximately 99cm overall and blade 82cm.
