1796 pattern Troopers Cavalry sword in its steel scabbard which has a divisional mark of D61 engraved on it. Stirrup shaped Hilt which has its original ribbed leather grip. Curved, broad blade with view mark and also marked on the spine as by Woolley & Deakin. General rust staining over but in good condition and fits well in scabbard. Has some old woodworm holes to grip.

Approximately 98cm and blade 83cm.
