Fabulously quirky candle extinguisher or snuffer from the Royal Worcester factory. It's a pun on the nickname of the famous opera singer, Jenny Lind, who was known as the Swedish Nightingale, and modelled as a woman singing with a birds head. It is called "Diffidence" and is the companion piece to another one I have listed, "Confidence". It's in excellent condition with no damage or restoration. It has the date code for 1956. Stands 4" tall. I prefer payment by bank transfer, details on request.
I regret that due to current regulations I am unable to ship ivory items to the United States, even though all items are CITES compliant.
