A Fine Quality Meissen Gilt and Cobalt Blue Cabinet Dish.

C. late 19th to early 20th century.

Fully marked to the underside with crossed swords in underglaze blue and with impressed mark 'B 150', plus further number and painted mark.

This is a stunning example of this hard to find and handsome dish, presented in immaculate condition with virtually no wear to the gilding and with a wonderful intensity of cobalt blue. Minor spec of stray pigment to the underside white cavetto. More images available.
