Caldas Portuguese Earthenware plate, late 19thC, after Bernard Palissy, with mossy background and creepy crawlers, a stag beetle,centipede, lizard, toad, and an aggressive writhing snake attacking another lizard, fully marked to base.
Condition generally good, with minor loses(back leg of stag beetle, some moss), side lizard restored nose and neck, Please check the images.
