Pair Of Treen Wig Or Hat Stands
A pair of very elegant, early 19th cent mahogany table wig or hat stands These have finely turned columns standing on circular bases which can easily be unscrewed. They have all their original colour and are in excellent, strong, untouched condition. Sizes: 19”(48cms) high, 5”(13cms) diameter. Date circa 1820.
I have reluctantly decided that after 60 years spent in this marvellous business it is, figuratively speaking, time to hang up my cheque book. I have therefore made considerable reductions to the prices of most of my stock. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if any items are of interest. Deliveries carried at as normal. If I can be of any help please do not hesitate to contact me.
I have been in the antiques business since 1962, starting in the family business in Staffordshire.
In the early 1970’s I moved to Hertfordshire where I opened my own business and created a limited company.
Today, my business is carried out via the internet. Any successful antiques business, and particularly mine, remains a way of life and a hobby, it continues to give me enormous enjoyment and satisfaction.
I hope this is reflected by my commitment to a very high quality of service which I have always given over the years. I prefer to deliver sold items in person where possible to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
