A pair of 19th century French Sévres style porcelain plates.

The plates have painted romantic scenes to the centre, signed Thuillier, and dark blue borders that are heavily decorated with gold leaf.

The underside of the plates each have an 18th century style Sévres mark but were probably made be Samson or Limoges.

The plates are in very good condition. (Circa 1880)

Diameter 24cm (9.4 inches)
