Pretty early Worcester hexagonal teapot stand with fluted sides decorated in The Waiting Chinaman Pattern, c.1770, with later red and green clobbered decoration creating a very attractive piece. Some original gilded highlights finish it nicely. Marked to the back with the Wigornia W.

It measures 14.5cm (5 3/4") across the diagonal and 13.4cm (5 1/4") side to side and 2cm (3/4") high. Condition is very good there is a short hairline from the rim in the bottom left corner but no other damage or restoration and very good light surface wear. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque.
