A creamware pint jug with lustre decoration for William Street - a woolen weaver - of Dewsbury Moor, Yorkshire. William was born to Joseph Street and Sarah (nee Crabtree). William was born on Dewsbury Moor on 21st August 1802 and died on 25th August 1874 in Bannockburn, Scotland. By 1841 William was living in Scotland with his wife, Lucy(nee Anderson (who he married in York in 1823), and children working as a wool dyer.
