Much less common than its Japanese counterpart, this Chinese cloisonné charger or plate is vibrantly decorated with coloured enamels forming a floral design. Two types of trailing plants with small pink and white flowers set against a cobalt blue background surround a central medallion comprising bands of geometric design with a floral motif at its core.

This plate would look beautiful hanging on a wall or resting on a table or sideboard.

Dimensions: Diameter 30 cm. Please note that the bottle of water in photo 4 is equivalent to a standard bottle of wine.
Weight 1.02 kg

Condition: Fine antique condition with a minor abrasion mark on the copper rim (see final photograph) which is difficult to spot. There are no losses to the enamel or dents.

He can deliver to most places on mainland England and Wales and, depending on where he is on his schedule, it may take a few days or up to 4 weeks. Other couriers are available for Scotland and North Wales or where a shorter time frame is required. Purchases can also be collected in person from the Tunbridge Wells area in SE England.
