This is a fantastic and rare to find Bitossi Money Box in the form of an Owl, designed by Aldo Londi and made c1950. It is in good condition but does exhibit a little age-related wear, which includes a single little nibble at the edge of coin slot but no cracks or restoration. It measures approximately 18cm high and is a beautiful Italian decorative piece.
