Dating from the late 19th century, The Meiji Period, this highly decorative vase is on a huge scale as it stands 90cm high. The hexagonal body is intricately decorated with floral designs, birds and dragons all on a blue ground. In excellent condition with the exception of minor loss to the inside of the neck shown in the last image. 900mm high and 360mm diameter. Circa 1890.
