For sale today we have this stunning Doulton Lambeth jug by George Tinworth. Decorated with a version of Tinworth's signature "Scrolling Seaweed" design that is beautifully enhanced with beadwork borders, applied rosettes and some very interesting inset lozenges. Glazed to a seldom seen purple, blue and green colourway. Nicely finished off with a silver plated collar and lid that bears an armorial monogram.

Stand 11 1/4" tall. "GT" monogarm to the body, impressed Doulton Lambeth mark to the base along with the date 1878 and incised RB for Rosina Brown.

Superb condition being free from any damage or repair guaranteed.
