A Betty Joel Art Deco Bookcase
Designed by Betty Joel to celebrate the coronation of George VI in 1937, this small Art Deco bookcase is veneered with finely figured English sycamore and holds a special Coronation Issue of the fourteenth edition of the Encyclopedia Britannica. Its simple design is enlivened with fluted mouldings to each of the four corners.
