A boxed 1950s Mascot musical powder compact with the original pouch, puff and sifter. Both sides are decorated with an engine turned design of tiny diamond shapes. The front corners are embellished with floral motifs and foliage. The middle features a blank cartouche. The interior case contains a mirror which gives a good and accurate reflection. There is a slight age mark on the mirror. The music plays very well. Measures 7.5 cm x 6.5 cm. Weighs 127.2 grams. The catches ad hinges work well.
