A lovely working Stratton brand musical powder box. This Stratton Musica vanity plays very well indeed. The cobalt blue enamel is embellished with pale blue and white flowers with gilt foliage. There isn't any enamel loss or fading.

The lid lifts to reveal an excellent bevelled mirror. The inner lid is signed Stratton. All clasps & hinges work perfectly. The base is decorated with the curled feathers design which was reserved for the most luxurious Stratton brand accessories. The original puff & sifter are all present. The music box, puff and sifter are in good condition. An immaculate pouch is included. Measures 3 1/4 inches x 2 3/4 inches. Weighs 166.8 grams.
