Lovely walnut and burr walnut William and Mary style small bureau, late c17th / early c18th style but of a later period, circa 1860
Great proportions for a decorative piece but it is useable with a small laptop or ipad! Beautiful colouring to the walnut and herringbone inlays, the interior is well made and sweeps across with the shaped drawers and pigeon holes and writing surface.
Two slim full width drawers, standing on turned legs and decorative stretcher on bun feet
A great piece of antique furniture to have and to enjoy, I would sit it in a corner and have the bureau open to benefit from the interior being on show!
