A fabulous and rare Wedgwood Travel coffee pot featuring 2 vignettes either side (bus and snowstorm) and 2 on the lid (vintage car and train on viaduct). The Travel series was designed by Eric Ravilious for Wedgwood in the 1930's and only first issued in the early 1950's. The pot as had a crack to the underside of the spout and filled professionally. However, it hasn't been repainted or glazed (see photos 4 and 5). Otherwise it is in excellent condition and displays beautifully . White marks are camera flash. Approx 18cm high to the top of the finial.
