These don't turn up very often. A covered sugar bowl from the Travel series, designed by Eric Ravilious for Wedgwood in the 1930's and first issued in the early 1950's. Although part of a tea service, the bowl sits alone as a stylish design and display piece, featuring vignettes of an old motor car and a train on a viaduct to the lid. In superb undamaged condition and looks as though it has never been used. Approx 11cm high to the top of the lid and 13cm from handle to handle.
