This is a fine quality pair of antique English Victorian mahogany bedside antique tables, constructed with stunning flame mahogany timbers, with three lockable drawers, circa 1880, in excellent condition.

Description:
This is a fine quality pair of antique English Victorian mahogany bedside tables, constructed with stunning flame mahogany timbers, with three lockable drawers, circa 1880, in excellent condition. Each bedside chest comprises elegant thumb moulded round cornered tops with this design replicated on the round cornered plinths. The Victorian mahogany bedside antique tables each have three working drawers, decorated with flame mahogany fronts. The drawers are constructed with fine hand-dovetailed joints, mahogany drawer linings and the original pierced brass handles & escutcheons. The drawer bottoms retain the original green paper lined drawer bottoms. The drawers also retain their original working brass lever locks (with working key). The bedsides stand on their original top-quality rounded mahogany plinths. The Victorian bedside tables are constructed from top-quality mahogany timber. The quality is reflected in the weight of these bedsides they are heavy to lift!
The Victorian nightstands boast a rich brown mahogany colour. They have a fantastic patination which can only be achieved through age and years of care and cleaning they have received.
The Victorian mahogany bedside tables would look superb in a variety of rooms from the living room to the bedroom, in either a traditional or contemporary setting. They would certainly grace any home and are a great investment as they are extremely functional.

This is a fine quality pair of antique English Victorian mahogany bedside tables, constructed with stunning flame mahogany timbers, with three lockable drawers, circa 1880, in excellent condition. They are pedestals from a Victorian dressing table, which have been adapted into bedside chests some time ago. Nominal old use marks to the leading edges and inside the drawers, but nothing significant considering the age of the item. There are no cup marks to the tops of the bedsides. The drawers are smooth running and close flush to the frame. All drawers retain their original brass handles. The drawers also retain their original working brass lever locks (with working key). These Victorian bedsides are constructed of top-quality solid mahogany which gives a superb colour and patination. The quality is reflected in the weight of these bedsides they are heavy to lift! They are solid in joint and ready to use.

We do not offer free delivery to locations north of Stirling in Scotland, Northern Ireland, or any British Islands off the mainland for example, the Isle of Man, Isle of White and Channel Islands. Delivery times are usually 1-4 weeks depending on location we aim to deliver the majority of items within 2 weeks. All items are professionally packaged and fully insured in transit therefore, we can assure you, your items will be securely protected in transit and arrive safely with you.
Once you have purchased an item, we will contact you by email and/or telephone and provide you with a provisional delivery date, in order for you to confirm if it is suitable for you. Once you have confirmed you can accept delivery on the provisional delivery date, we will book the delivery in with our shippers and it then becomes a confirmed delivery date.
