Circa 1860, mid Victorian mahogany (one piece) kneehole desk. The rectangular top has gilded and tooled tan leather writing surface and is cross banded and has moulded edges. The central drawer with original neat bun handles with banks of 4 graduated similar drawers on each side. Rounded fronts and panel side and all standing on a closed plinth base.
