Very fine early Victorian Gilt and bronze white marble mantel clock with a fine 8 day movement striking on a bell on the hour and half hour. In good working order, (bench tested for 2 weeks)cleaned and oiled.good original gilding on the best white marble, this is a stunning clock in a very regal style and having a lovely enamel dial with floral swags, and finnished with a lovely pair of pierced gilt hands.
