This Victorian carved oak bookcase was made in the last quarter of the 19th century.
This example has fine carving to the pilasters, the edge of the top, plinth and also to each side.
It is fitted with 3 adjustable shelves, each with a carved leading edge.
The pilasters with carved lion’s heads, fruit and leaves.
It is a striking bookcase with tremendous storage for your books.
