An excellent mid-Victorian period burr walnut writing table. Very well constructed in solid walnut with attractive burr walnut veneers. Of generous proportions and with a pair of drawers to the freeze. The top is inset with a sumptuous green leather writing surface complete with gilt tooled decorations to the surrounds. All standing on bold and elegant turned and reeded legs terminating in solid brass caps and castors. Sympathetically refinished in our workshops and now offered for sale in excellent condition, ready to go straight into the home or office.
