A stunning antique burr walnut leather top desk in the Queen Anne style. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1930’s.

It is of superb quality, with beautiful and intricate carving all over the edges and base. This sits on cabriole legs with acanthus leaf carving at the knees, the drawers have lovely etched brass handles. The black inset leather top has tooled edges and this has a nicely finished back, so can be used as a free standing item.

We have had this recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age. The walnut has gorgeous grain patterns and a gorgeous colour tone.
