Unused Stratton Vanity Set 1960s
A golden gleaming unused 1960s Stratton vanity set which comprises of a lipstick holder / mirror and a matching powder compact in the original presentation box. This set is an ideal Brass / 21st Wedding Anniversary Gift. The brass will never need to be cleaned nor will it tarnish because the makers applied a protective coat of transparent enamel.
The compact is suitable for loose face powder and also pressed powder. For example: Rimmel Stay Matte, Max Factor Creme Puff and CCUK. Both mirrors give good clear reflections. All catches and hinges work perfectly. The original pouch, luxury puff and lipstick dummy tube are present. The presentation box is also in very good condition. The Lipview has an adjustable lipstick tube holder which will hold any size lipstick.
The compact measures 3 inches diameter and weighs 97.3 grams. The lipstick mirror measures 2 1/2 inches and weighs 19.7 grams.
