Triangular Mahogany Bijouterie Or Display Table Table Bijouterie Display
Pretty and fine quality Edwardian mahogany bijouterie or display table in the rococo taste, of triangular outline with serpentine shaped sides. The lift-up lid has carved C-scroll decoration to the sides and opens to reveal a display compartment with lilac crushed velvet lining. The table is raised on three tapering square section cabriole legs with scroll toes, united by an under-tier with shaped supports.

Length of Each Side 23” (58cm) Height 29” (74cm)

Condition and Details of Restoration
This table is in untouched original structural condition and is completely sound. The original polish has been revived, by our own craftsmen, by hand in the traditional manner. There are a few old marks and scuffs to the polish as might be expected on an item of this age, but certainly nothing major or eye-catching. The lining has been in place for some time, though not original.
